What is Party Hunterz Return Policy?
- We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase of items accompanied with a receipt or a copy of your order confirmation email. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Most products, including Online Only products, will be refunded the full purchase price.
- All merchandise must be in a new condition, unopened, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Please note the followings goods sold unpacked will not be subject to our return policy

Note that seasonal merchandise (e.g. Christmas, Easter, and Halloween Items, including costumes) may be returned up to 2 days prior to the date of the holiday for example Halloween 31st October Christmas 25th December and so on. Goods shipped out will be the sole responsibility of the customer and customers expense and proper tracking number should be included.
Non-Returnable Items include:
- All custom & personalized items
- Hats, caps, sashes, hairbands, wigs or any such head-gear
- Deals of the day and discounted items.
Online Order Specific Information:
- Returns without a copy of your order confirmation email: We are unable to process returns without visibility to your order. If you do not have a copy of your order confirmation email, please enclose written documentation of your order number with your return. Or you can request a new copy by contacting us.
- Shipping and Handling charges and Shipping and Handling taxes are non-refundable.
Orders Weighing Over 1 Lb.
Ground orders weighing over 1 lb. are shipped with FedEx or UPS. Below you will find the FedEx ground shipping map from our warehouse to all 48 contiguous US states.

We also ship with UPS Ground which has similar delivery times as the map below, however, some zip/postal codes will have slower delivery times. Please leave a note specifying when you need your order by so we can choose a courier that will arrive the fastest and most cost-efficient.
Example of Shipping Times
Orders will arrive on specified delivery days, as long as there are no issues or delays with shipping. Delivery times are not guaranteed, and are based on a 'business day'. The day your order is processed does not count as a business day. An order shipped on Monday to an address that takes four business days would arrive on Friday, assuming there are no unforeseen delays.
